What if your item sells?
TheAtticandCloset.com charges the follow commission:
25% of sale price on first $500 (up to $125).
$125 + 15% of sale price over $500
We offer special quotes for items estimated to sell at more than $5,000.
What if your item doesn't sell?
TheAtticandCloset.com can:
We want the buyer of your merchandise to be happy with their purchase.
Because of this, we accept returns from the buyer for up to 10 days if the buyer
feels the item was misrepresented. That said, if the item is listed with all the
relevant facts and any flaws or defects are disclosed, we do not anticipate
many returns. Items left for more than 30-days will be considered abandoned
and we will donate the item to charity.
